Our Ongoing Projects

Lamongan Industrial Park (LIP)

Lamongan Regency is a strategic location in East Java close to the Capital of East Java Province (Surabaya) supported by adequate infrastructure and transportation access such as national road, railway and sea transport. Lower employee standart sallary rates from surrounding areas make Lamongan the right choice to develop the factory.

We have developed industrial land of more than 15 ha. The land can be rented and can be developed as needed by the tenant. Infrastructure for the area already provided includes roads, street lighting, drains and other public facilities required for factory operations.

Multipurpose Comercial Building

Current data show that population growth in the West Surabaya region is very rapid. The condition of the western region most likely for the development of the city of Surabaya. The need for commercial areas will also grow in line with the population growth in an area.

Therefore we are currently developing a commercial building located in a very strategic area in West Surabaya area making this building as the right choice place to run commercial business such as office, restaurant, coffee shop, clinic and other business.
